The stress you push down
doesn't go anywhere.
When you're stressed or anxious, you push feelings down just to get through the day. They get stuck: in how you breathe, how you react, how tight your shoulders are and how hard it is to switch off.
21days
One breath, practised every day, so it becomes a habit
1-21min
Starting at 1 minute and adding just a minute a day
90sec
For an emotion to move through you, once you fully feel it and accept it
90 seconds: from Stuart's Sunday Times bestseller, Breathe In, Breathe Out.
Infinity breathing helps you move through those stuck emotions, so you can finally let them go.
21 days, one breath,
a minute more each day
Start here: a welcome from Stuart and a short how-to video
So you know exactly what to do before Day 1, even if you've done infinity breathing before.
Week 1: The breath
Days 1-7 · 1 to 7 minutes
Learn the infinity breath with full guidance from Stuart, and build the habit a minute at a time.
Week 2: Sound and movement
Days 8-14 · 8 to 14 minutes
Add a soft sound on the out-breath and a little movement, to help shift anything that's stuck.
Week 3: Letting go
Days 15-21 · 15 to 21 minutes
Go deeper into letting go. On each out-breath: I trust, and I let go.
Every day stays in the app, so you can start from Day 1 whenever you join and go at your own pace. Comment after each session and tell us how you're getting on: we're here to support you.

Breathwork from the coach trusted by the England Football team and Nike's global athletes.
What is infinity breathing?
A continuous breath in and out through your nose: an active in-breath using your diaphragm, so your belly rises, and a passive out-breath where you just relax and let go. No pause between breaths, and you choose the pace: slow and deep, or more rhythmic. It's one of Stuart's favourite practices, from his book Breathe In, Breathe Out.
Try it now, wherever today's stress is sitting in your body
- Breathe in through your nose, using your diaphragm, so your belly rises.
- Without a pause, let the breath go. Don't blow it out, just relax and release it.
- Keep it flowing, one continuous breath, at a pace that suits you, for a few minutes.
- On each out-breath, say to yourself: "It's safe to let go."
You might feel tingling, warmth or a wave of emotion. That's normal. Let it flow. In the challenge, Stuart guides you through it every day for 21 days.
What would freedom
mean for you?
It's different for everyone. We get so used to old patterns that we stop seeing them as limitations, and assume that's just who we are: "I'm just an anxious person."
Freedom from anxiety
Freedom from the constant noise of an overactive mind
Freedom from emotional pain
Freedom from an old story that's been holding you back
A breathwork practice that becomes a natural part of your life
My hope for you is at the end of these 21 days, you'll build a practice that becomes a natural part of your life, and you'll have created space in your body and mind, and freedom in your life.

Before you start
Yes. It starts on Monday 2 November, and every day stays in the app, so you can start Day 1 whenever you're ready and go at your own pace.
Day 1 is 1 minute of infinity breathing, Day 2 is 2 minutes, and you build a minute a day to 21 minutes on Day 21. Stuart opens and closes every session with you.
Whatever suits you. Some people go slow and gentle, others breathe more rhythmically. Everyone's experience is different, so take things at your own pace.
None. Watch the short how-to video before Day 1, even if you know the technique. All you need is somewhere to sit or lie down, and headphones if you have them.
That's normal, and it's part of the process. Let them flow and let them go. If it ever feels like too much, ease back into your natural breathing and take a break.
It's gentle, but it's active and it's designed to move emotion. Practise seated or lying down, never in or near water and never while driving. It isn't recommended during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy, a panic, bipolar, psychotic or dissociative condition, or a significant heart or respiratory condition. If in doubt, check with your doctor first. If you feel light-headed or any cramping in your hands or face, you're breathing too hard: soften, or pause and breathe normally.
Take the Breathpod Score in the app before Day 1, then again at the end. It's a simple way to track how your body and mind feel.
Yes. You won't be charged if you cancel before day 7, and we email you a reminder the day before your trial ends.
Of course. The free trial is for people new to Breathpod, so rejoin here (monthly membership, cancel anytime) and you'll find Finding Freedom waiting in the app.
