How much time does it take?
Each daily session takes 10 minutes. Five sessions a week. Weekends are for play.
What is the Breathpod Score?
Your Breathpod Score is your mental fitness baseline. It's built from four tests: CO2 tolerance, exhale count, max breath hold, and a 9-question felt-stress read. Together they show how your nervous system is performing right now. You retake it through the programme to see what's changing.
Do I need breathwork experience?
No. The programme starts with the foundations and builds progressively. You'll be guided through each session step by step.
Who is this for?
You, if you feel switched on even when you're supposed to be resting, struggle to focus because your mind is carrying too many open tabs, want to feel more present with the people you care about, or can perform under pressure but it costs you more than you want to admit.
This is not for you if you want a magic fix without consistent practice, won't give 10 minutes a day, are looking for a passive wellness experience, or want to avoid pressure rather than change how you meet it.
Is this the same as meditation?
No. The Mind Gym may include moments of stillness, visualisation, and reflection, but it is not a meditation app. It is a structured breathwork and mental fitness programme built around daily training, progressive techniques, and measurable change.
Is this therapy?
No. The Mind Gym is not therapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for professional mental health support. It is a breathwork and mental fitness programme designed to help you train calm, focus, resilience, recovery, and emotional regulation.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Most programmes fail people because they ask too much. This is 10 minutes a day - designed to fit inside a real life, not replace it. If you miss a day, you come back. And if it doesn't feel right after 7 days, you walk away. Nothing charged.
What if I miss a day?
You can return to the programme and continue. The aim is consistency, not perfection. Like any training programme, the more regularly you show up, the more you give your system a chance to adapt.
Can I do this if I already meditate, train, or use other wellbeing tools?
Yes. The Mind Gym is designed to complement the things you already do. If you train your body, track your health, meditate, journal, or work on your performance, this gives you a structured way to train the system underneath it all.
What results can I expect?
Everyone starts from a different baseline. The aim is to help you feel calmer under pressure, less reactive, more focused, more able to recover after stress, and more capable of switching off at the end of the day. You'll also track your Breathpod Score throughout the programme, so you can see what's changing over time.
When is best to practise?
Whenever you like. We recommend first thing when you wake up, or just before bedtime. It is best to avoid practising immediately after meals.
Early access opens 17 May. Begin training 18 May.
Includes your first Breathpod Score.
