How to access
Nervous System Regulation

Please make sure you follow all the steps below in order.

STEP 1: Create Your Free Account

Click this link to begin (you’ve probably already done this).
(You may have already received this as a “Get Started” button in an Instagram DM.)

Step 1-1. On the signup form

  • Enter your Email address

  • Enter your Full name

  • Enter your City

  • Tick the box: “Yes, I agree to the terms & conditions”

  • Tick the box: “Yes, receive news and updates via email”
    (You can change this later - but we may need to email you during the challenge)

  • Click “Try for Free”

  • Complete the “I’m not a robot” CAPTCHA if prompted.

STEP 2: Download the Breathpod App

Head to your App Store and download Breathpod:

*Once downloaded, allow notifications when prompted (we use these for challenge reminders).

STEP 3: Log in to the App

On the Breathpod App welcome screen, instead of creating a new account, tap the words at the bottom of your screen:

Step 3-1: “Have an account? Log in” - circled in blue on the image.

Step 3-2: Enter the same email address you used to sign up previously.

Step 3-3: Then tap “Send me a sign-in link”.
You’ll receive an email with a one-click login button.

Having trouble with the sign-in link?
No problem - just return to the login screen and tap:
“Login with password” → “Set new password”
You’ll get an email to reset your password.
You’ll receive an email with a one-click login button.

STEP 4: Find the Challenge

Once you're logged in on the Breathpod App, the Nervous System Reset Challenge will be available in multiple places for ease of access:

  • The top banner under the Featured’ section.

  • The My Library’ section.

  • If you head to the ‘Community’ tab - button at the bottom. In the Announcements’ Channel, you can also find the Nervous System Regulation Challenge. If you select ‘Join’ here, then this tracks your progress through the challenge.


How to Take Part

These sessions are on demand to fit around you and your schedule:

  • Morning: Do the ‘Morning Breathwork’ practice when you wake up (or when it suits you).

  • Afternoon: Do to the ‘Afternoon Meditation’ practice, ideally at around 3pm.

  • Get involved in the comments on the challenge!

  • Bonus content: Your ‘Switch Off & Sleep’ and ‘Sound Bath’ are in the ‘My Library’ section - enjoy them anytime.
