We’re now looking for a social-first creative powerhouse to join our team and help bring the Breathpod mission to life through bold, beautiful, and impactful content.

Who You Are

  • A tech-savvy, social-native creator who knows how to grab attention, tell stories, and make content that connects.

  • Skilled across design, motion/animation, photography, and video editing.

  • Confident filming, editing, and creating for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn - and you understand what makes someone stop scrolling.

  • A strong visual storyteller with a sharp sense of composition, pacing, and tone.

  • A writer who can craft tight, clever copy that makes people feel something - from captions to hooks and headlines.

  • Naturally curious and excited by tech and problem-solving - happy to jump into platforms like Zapier, Squarespace, or email funnels to get things moving.

  • You think in systems - repurposing, batching, testing, and learning from what performs.

  • Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive - equally happy behind the camera, in the edit suite, or at an event.

  • Passionate about music, culture, and performance, and excited to bring those worlds into your creative work.

  • A creative entrepreneur - a thinker, doer, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment.

  • Someone with a zest for life - passionate about health, mindset, and personal growth, and eager to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Must do’s:

  • Create and edit scroll-stopping short-form content that drives engagement and growth across all social channels.

  • Help shape creative strategy, experimenting with new ideas to keep Breathpod ahead of the curve.

  • Build and manage our content system - from concept to publish - across app and social platforms.

  • Write brand-aligned copy for posts, reels, and campaigns.

  • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and event footage from workshops, retreats, and community moments.

  • Collaborate closely with the founder and team on storytelling, campaign ideas, and launches.

  • Shoot and edit photos and videos across workshops, retreats, and community gatherings.

  • Bring a jump-in attitude - from content shoots to live event support.

Nice to have:

  • Strong eye for photography and composition.

  • Experience with graphic design, motion, or animation tools.

  • Ability to produce cinematic edits or branded launch videos.

  • Interest in sound design or music production.

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 + Pension + Performance Bonus
